Canteen Connect is a community for young people facing cancer themselves or in their immediate family. We provide a space for young people aged 12-25 to connect with our community. There are spaces to connect directly with people who share similar cancer experiences to your own
The Canteen Connect app is completely free to use and can be downloaded at no cost from Google Play or Apple App Store.
You can join the Canteen Connect community online at canteenconnect.org or via the app. To sign up, you will need to complete the account creation and verification process, then you are good to go! Canteen Connect is for people between 12-25 years old.
Counselling access is available by clicking on the counselling icon in the top navigation. From here, you can chat to a counsellor online, email/phone a counsellor, or set up an appointment for a later date. The counselling service is free support to users of Canteen Connect. Please note that the counselling services are available during certain times of the day. When you open a chat, you will see them. If you start a chat out of hours, we’ll get back to you when we can.
