In July 2024, young people from the Youth Cancer Services (YCS) State Youth Advisory Groups met in Sydney for the Annual National Youth Cancer Consumer Forum.

An independent evaluation of Canteen’s YCS has found that the initiative provided important access to age-appropriate clinical care and treatment between 2020-2024, improving quality of life for AYAs with cancer across Australia.
